Can I import my Jobber data?
Customers, yes — CSV import wizard with a Jobber column-mapping preset. Quotes, invoices, and historical jobs need to be exported from Jobber as PDFs or rebuilt; we don't have a one-click Jobber importer for those yet because Jobber's export format isn't documented.
Does TradeMaster Pro do GPS tracking?
No, intentionally. Crew clock in and out via the app — that's it. Most contractors who try GPS tracking on Jobber either turn it off (crew hate it) or never enable it (legal compliance is a mess). If you genuinely need geofenced clock-in, stay with Jobber.
Where does the customer's money go?
Directly to your Stripe account, not ours. We use Stripe Connect Direct Charges, so the customer is charged on your Stripe — your name on the statement, your payout schedule, your chargeback responsibility. We deduct a 1.0% platform fee on Free, 0.5% on paid plans. Optional pass-through to the customer is one click per invoice.
